Additional information about the booking process:
After we have confirmed your booking request within 48 hours, your booking will become a binding booking upon receipt of a deposit of 25% of the total price, unless otherwise agreed in writing via email. The deposit must be credited to our account within 5 calendar days. If we do not receive payment of the deposit amount from you within this period, we reserve the right to rent our house to other parties.
A further 50% of the total price is due 4 weeks before the first overnight stay. We will not send payment reminders for this payment or the remaining balance!
The remaining 25% payment is due upon arrival.
Cash or card payments are not possible at any time!
If payment is delayed by more than one week, the booking will be cancelled and cancellation fees may apply.
Payments can be made to our account in Germany or Greece, as well as via PayPal.
For payments via PayPal, a 2% fee is added to the total price.
Standard cancellation fees:
25% of the total price up to 60 days before the first overnight stay.
Then 100% of the total price.
We strongly recommend taking out insurance to cover the costs incurred in the event of a necessary trip cancellation.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot bear this risk ourselves.
Special cancellation policy in 2026:
Should your arrival be impossible due to a last-minute flight cancellation by the airline, the value of your accommodation booking will be refunded as a credit valid for two years. In this way, we, as the host, assume the costs.
Heating for pool and jacuzzi:
The pool and jacuzzi can be heated with separate heat pumps upon request. Heating is not included in the rental price and can be booked under the following conditions: approximately 24°C pool (EUR 300/week) and/or approximately 27°C jacuzzi (EUR 150/week). The temperature may vary in extreme weather conditions such as storms or nighttime temperatures below 15°C. The target temperatures are guaranteed from midday until approximately 6:30 pm.
